Kettlebell workouts are starting to become more popular in North America. They originated many years ago in Russiawere used by the strongmen for strength training workouts. We are finally catching up in our training routines. Kettlebell workout routines are so powerful because they combine a strength training workout with fat burning. This is what everyone wants these days. Save time by doing everything at once. In addition to it being great for strength training and fat burning they are also great for building core strength which benefits everyone. The downside of kettlebells is that many gyms don’t have them so you may have to buy your own to workout with. It just costs too much for them to train people how to use them and they don’t want people swinging weights around and hurting each other. If you have a small amount of space at home you can perform most kettlebell exercises.
